What is the New Product Show?

NPS is an exclusive annual event hosted by Identity Works, Inc. for our clients. Each year, on the heels of our industry’s largest annual conference, we invite our clients to see and touch the newest trends in swag, branded apparel, display products, logoed tech pieces and more with some of the best suppliers in the industry. It’s a wonderful time to brainstorm strategies for the upcoming year with the experts and your team.

What time is NPS happening?

Doors open for attendees at 10:00 AM and runs until we close at 2:00 PM.

Where does the New Product Show take place?

2023’s event will be hosted in downtown La Crosse, WI at The Cargill Room. The location’s address is 332 Front Street S, La Crosse, WI 54601.

March in Wisconsin can be tricky for travelers. Will you cancel your event if there's bad weather?

Although we’ve had some interesting weather during the past seven years, we’ve never had to cancel NPS. In the event that Mother Nature does force us to cancel, we will email all attendees as well as post an announcement on the main NPS page.

What kind of products will I see at the show?

Essentially anything you can brand with your company’s logo. From the newest trends in swag, branded apparel, and tradeshow/event-related products to logoed tech pieces and so much more. If there’s something specific you’re looking for, please let us know!

How many vendors will be at the show?

The number of vendors varies from year to year. On average, we typically have 20+ booths, representing and a wide range of name brands.

Is there a floor map available?

Not at this time. Once we get closer to the event, one will be made available for all participants.

Can someone walk through the show with me to help me find what I'm looking for?

Absolutely! When you RSVP for the show, indicate that you would like to meet with someone from Identity Works or your account manager while you’re at the event. If you’ve already RSVPed, feel free to reach out to your Account Manager directly to set up a time.

Are food or drinks provided?

Yes. Light snacks and drinks will be available for all attendees throughout the event.

How much does it cost to attend?

Cost of attendance is free for all Identity Works clients and special guests.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Any of your team members are welcome to join you at NPS. If you know ahead of time that you will be bringing guests with you, please list them when you RSVP (or email us ahead of time to let us know). Giving us a heads up ensures that your friends won’t have to wear a handwritten name tag and, most importantly, that we’ll have enough drinks and snacks for everyone.

Can I register on behalf of someone else or a group?

Yes! You can register for up to 3 additional team members when you RSVP. Please be sure to have the email addresses for all individuals you plan to include on your registration handy.

If you have more than 3 team members who want to come, that’s ok! Feel free to share the RSVP link with them so that everyone is able to register.

My plans have changed and now I’m not able to make it. What do I do?

Please reach out to your Account Manager or email and let us know that your plans have changed.

Hotels & Parking

Where can I park?

The closest public parking ramps can be found across the street at the Riverside Ramp and a block away at the La Crosse Center Ramp. View a map of La Crosse Parking Ramps.

Valet parking is also available for the duration of the event, beginning 30 minutes before our event and ending 1 hour afterwards (from 9:30AM – 3:00 PM).

Is valet parking available?

Valet parking is available the day of the event, beginning 30 minutes before it starts and ending 2 hours after it ends (from 9:30AM – 3:00 PM).

Vendor-Related Questions

Can I ship items for the show before the event?

Materials cannot be shipped directly to the Cargill Room, but you can send items in advance of the show to our warehouse in West Salem. Please use the address formats below when addressing materials to ship to our facility. Box counts and approximate sizes must be emailed to at least 24 hours before your packages arrive at our warehouse.

Non-Giveaway Items (booths/catalogs/etc.)
Any show materials that are shipped to Identity Works should be picked up at our warehouse the morning of or day prior to the event. Warehouse hours for pick ups are 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Be sure to email with an estimated pick up time for your items at least 24 hours before your arrival so that we can have them ready for you.

When can I set up my display?

Set up time will be determined closer to the start of the event. We are currently anticipating that you will be able to bring in your materials the evening before the event and start setting your tables by 9:00 AM the morning of the Show.

How much time will I have for tear down?

Staff will be on-site until 4:00 PM.
